Under a project as a Assistant Rehabilitator and Resettlement. What fields have you worked in before? Before i worked for the Government Organisation name called CAPART. Council for advancement of peoples action rural technology. Wherein, mainly granting funds for the NGO for the betterment of the people. education and lively food, awareness programme, procurment and recreation, training for the youth. Duties like processing the files, report writing, evaluation,budget estimation,attending meetings. What qualifications do you hold? I have done my MSW ( Masters in Social Work) Specialisation - Medical and Psychiatry Social Worker. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both Formal as well skills. Formal education getting in schools and colleges through professionals in theory and practice. Skills from our own . If we have both it goes well. It should go hand in hand . Only then success will our way. Describe the benefits of working with others First of all there should be a we feeling.We can gained knoweldge, skills, techniques.
