I am seeking a challenging position in your esteemed Organization that can allow me to utilize my hands-on diversified experience of over 14+ years out of which over 7+ years in Human Resources-Recruitment (especially in the fields of Oil & Gas, Iron & Steel, Drilling & Rigs, Power & Water Utility, Petrochemical, Engineering, Operation, Sales & Marketing, Communication, Information & Technology and Education) to actively contribute towards achieving Company’s Objectives. I am well experienced and possess multi-facade exposure of, including but not limited to, all kinds of Human Resource, Recruitment, Sales Recruitment, e-Recruitment, Sourcing / Outsourcing, Manpower Planning, Business Operations and Business Processes & Implementation.

I am employed by Saeed R. Al-Zahrani Group of Companies (SRACO), Dammam, Saudi Arabia since December 2000 and currently working in MARAFIQ (Power and Water Utility Company Jubail and Yanbu) since December 2006 as HR-Recruitment Consultant/Recruiter, thereby gaining expertise in Recruitment while governing/handling all HR and Recruitment functionalities of company.

Have a strong grip in understanding of IT involvement in modern business cycle. Possess a strong work ethic coupled with commitment to excellence in all HR-Recruitment. A self-motivated and hard working professional who is able to use own initiative and work as part of a team with proven leadership skills managing and supervising other staff ensuring that the team-work would aptly achieve company’s objectives.

Resourceful with a positive impatience, hard working, motivating and with an in-depth knowledge of people & their characters and what motivates them. I am quick to understand new technology and identify market potential, combining entrepreneurial spirit with international theories.
