The job description is as follows:Qualification: Bachelor of Engg preferably with MBA Responsibilities: Drive sales team to achieve Quarterly revenues as set by the management. Mentor, guide & coach the sales team on a day to day basis in order to win competitive orders/projects. Interact with principals and manage their expectation – Qualitative as well as Quantitative. New Business Development. Manage Inventory, AR & AP of the complete IT business. Plan and organize sales team, so as to do complete market coverage. Ensure daily/weekly funnel and calls report are submitted by the sales team. Liaise with Pre sales & Technical teams to provide required information on projects and ensure proposals are submitted on time to the clients. Desired profile of the candidate Sales team management & Sales of Enterprise Solutions on EMC, VMware, Fujitsu & Microsoft Infrastructure solutions to corporate clients and ministries. Must be a go getter with past success in achieving quarter on quarter budgeted targets.
