I believe success with experience is everything. Skills define a persons abilities. 'Know How' people are always in the mediocre level but 'Know Why' people live a life of excellency.

What was your worst working experience?
Due to my supervisors negligence, my entire group of chicks died in the hatcher and obviously I had to deal with a lot of loss.
