Working with others enables us to provide a perfect output because its an allround result of each person in a group.It also helps in creating new ideas through discussions, conference etc.Helps in taking apt decisions very quickly in critical situations. And also plays a role in creating unity to face a problem that a person alone cannot manage

Working alone helps in keeping our private data in secret. We will get freedom to take our own decision. The benefit will be fully rewarded to a single person only.
