A skill is an ability to perform some physical action, usually applied to work or hobby and perhaps comparable to anothers's work. Educational level and skill level seem to be mutually exclusive. Education is mental requiring thinking more than performing and skill is performing more than pure thinking.
Describe the benefits of working with others
When you're working on a team with others, you can encourage one another. You can develop a bond, cultivate a friendship. You can learn how to depend on each other, learn the art of cooperation. You can, potentially, do less while achieving the same standard of work because the other teammates are there to help contribute to the goal as well, so it's not only you that's working hard for something. Other people also have other ways of doing things, and you can learn from their ways.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Working alone is good for getting things done. You don't need to explain or consult, just do. Explaining and consulting takes time.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst work experience through out my career is when Organization restructuring occurred in Telenor Pakistan which affected many competent emplyees in wake of especially reportings which directly effected the performance of individuals.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
"face your fears" & do your work smartly.

Sir! Currently i am working as a team lead in BSS & TXN operationas. 10 employees are reporting to me.Kindly do justice now. Same field i want to be in.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Looking after whole O&M in the region of responsibilities which include BTS Expansions/Reparentings/BSC Rehomings/KPI's analysis/Environmental issues/Project Management
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Currently our region is not secure due high insurgency in which to perform O&M activities are not an easy job.
What is your ideal employer like
who listens to logic and lets his employees flourish in a healthy completive environment and dosen't care for tail carrying and bite biting,just my work should be my reference
