RELATED EXPERIENCE 1: I worked for 3.5 years as chief project consultant in “ suhima farms and exports private ltd”where I have independently handled 25, 000 commercial layer birds technically and scientifically. I have reduced there feed cost by using least cost feed formulation without hampering the nutrients availability of feed. I got peek production and stability without using antibiotics and growth promo tents. I got good results by adopting good management practices and biosecurity. I have increased the companies profit by reducing the input costs i.e. feed and medicines.

POULTRY SPECIALIST : Now I am working since 6 years as a poultry specialist in “prem poultry breeding farms pvt ltd” Where my work is to handle 15, 000 broiler breeders in most scientific way. I carry out all the daily operations i.e disease diagnosis, feed formulation, overall management, artificial insemination etc. I have achieved 98% fertility and 95% hatchability for two successive months. I guide all the operations of hatchery by my own including cleaning, disinfection, fumigation, candelling, maintaining of incubator and hatcher’s temp and humidity etc. I am handling all the farm activities fairly hygienically.

VOLUNTEER WORK: I give free of cost guidance to the poultry farmers whoever come to me.

I give online consultancy free of cost to” Arabian farms and development company ltd. in UAE(DUBAI)

HONOUR AND ACTIVITIES I got univ merit fellowship at my post graduate level on behalf of good academics.

In my course of study I got selected for “world poultry conference” held in New Delhi. India. I was the only student selected from my univ. all the expanses were paid by poultry association USA. I had also presented the posters on article “ affect of flooring structure on the performance of broilers.
