What was your worst working experience? it was a sales man in one of real estate companies in Hurghada - Red Sea - Egypt What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Be your self. What unique skills do you have? • Efficient and friendly support to other Team Members within own and other departments. • Always co-operate with colleagues and the other head department. • Participation in meetings and training courses. • Optimal communication and co-operation with all other departments, in particular HR department. • Promote efficiency, confidence, courtesy and an extremely high standard of social skills. • Generally promote and ensure good inter-departmental relations. • Display a pleasant manner and positive attitude at all times and to promote a good company image to guests and colleagues. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Director of HR. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the Human Resources , the most interesting are the Employee themselves. Please replace this with a question of your own • Assist incoming employees, managers or candidates and provide accurate information. • Answer questions, provide forms or directions. Refer all complex situations (complaints of harassment, etc) promptly to Human Resources Manager. • Monitor and follow up on time records and meal and break period reporting. • Communicate challenges to Director, Human Resources. Process Payroll for the location assigned. • Communicate with Centralized payroll representatives, managers and employees in regards to payroll. • Provide administrative assistance such as filing paperwork, copy and distribute disciplinary action notices, breakdown, making new hire and termination files, • copy and send exempt reviews to employee files/managers and department • Maintain department and personnel files. Creates and distributes memos, flyers and newsletters, as assigned. • Assist in planning and execution of various HR programs and initiatives. Coordinate meetings, create materials and presentations, research key topics, and provide ongoing support and follow up in project timelines. • Coordinate training initiatives in conjunction with departments, Director, Human Resources and any Trainers by coordinating sessions, creating communications, and tracking participation and feedback.
