What country or area are you looking to work in and why? It could be urban/rural but my concern is working with disadvantaged community. This give me real relief in my life. What fields have you worked in before? I worked in the area of community development/emporement, food security, community organization, gender equity, human right and agricultural research. In general speaking, I have rich experiences in multifaceted development approach planning, implementing,monitoring and evaluation. What qualifications do you hold? I have diploma in plant sciences( agriculture) and bachlor science degree in rural development and agricultural extension. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Eventhough the two support each other,skill is more valuable. Because skill is highly associated with the practical activity that crucial in solving problems. Crossing a big river walking on a sigle pole put across the river as long as there was no bridge in one of my working area.
