I mean First world's country's because of (1)Social benefits (2)freedom on work, speak, and can earn comparatively better that how much I'm getting and can do any kind of job such as i can be a shop manger/driver/hotel worker which will be never accepted in my traditional socialism.Because they have no respect in work. I consider on skills because in my job experience i found so many employees who performed better than the big-big degree holder, sometimes my immediate superior's came to my desk for working help. Describe the benefits of working with others In my total fourteen years job experience i worked in two place. My last job where i worked almost ten years, I had employees under my supervision technical & non technical (near about 50+), some of them was 65 years old. But When I was leaving from office boy's driver's my colleagues they was crying & request me several times not to leave the job but for my Kid i had no alternate choice Describe the benefits of working alone Benefits of working alone,can think & work independently What was your worst working experience? Sometimes I can feel some dirty politics in my junior levels & some illegal instruction came to the favor of my junior employees which was not acceptable according the Company policy but due to the source of instruction I have follow. I knew some complains against sexual harragement but I was nothing to do. really hate that type of working experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? (1) For good working output be a part of those employees who are working under your supervisions but should maintain own level, feel/love/share employer/colleagues/staffs as family member, make a team to achieve the goal of company. (2) Pay the wedges before the sweating of a worker scrolling down on feet What unique skills do you have? I can work the highest level of pressure, In my last job begening of the company at a time i handles store/admin/secretarial/typist/receptionist/ sometimes need to help to the accountant What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
