What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Canada, Cayman Islands I want to have an experince working in another country, where teachers are being recognized.

Jamaica

What field do you currently work in?

Education,Primary School

What fields have you worked in before?

Administration

What qualifications do you hold?

Bs. Degree in Education with WCU (pursuing) Diploma Primary Education CXC, SSC

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Formal educaton, without the formal education you will not be able to function effectively with you skill.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You are able build interpersonal relationships, share and gain new ideas, accomplish more,

Describe the benefits of working alone

I dont believe that there are benefits of working alone "no man is an island, no man stands alone".

What was your worst working experience?

My worst working experience, seeing parents coming to school to fight/quarrel with teachers. Having to work with persons who do not practise good communication skills.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

A teacher must /should knoe how to control ones self at all times, with students, parents and the school communit, Must be tolerant.

What unique skills do you have?

Building a mutual relationship with students who are called "bad", and in general working with students.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Contributing to education where positive change are evident, this might mean becoming a Educaton Officer or consultant in education

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Building relationship with parents and students, and teaching the students to read and write and its evident that learning took place.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

To be dealing with student who have special needs in the regular classroom and also my salary.
