| Article: Only Two Jobs Result From Oregon Lending Program Two months after it was launched, Oregon's BOOST (Building Opportunities for Oregon Small Business Today) is looking like more of a BUST. Created by Oregon lawmakers to help companies add workers, the program officially began business June 1.
