| what is the best way to get a job as a brewer? Essentially, the choices for me are to get a fermentation science degree at Oregon State University, take the online craft brewers course from the american brewers guild, or go to the siebel institute. I'd rather go to osu or the american brewers guild, and was curious which looks better on a resume. time is also a factor. I'd finish osu in 2013, and the soonest i can take the online course is in 2012. sooner is better. if anyone is actually involved in the industry that could tell me something, that'd be great. |
