I think every aspect has its own value.As the formal education is necessary ,where there skills have great value nowadays.I think no one can get a great experienced untill he/she do practicall work.If any one can do practically work that's mean he/she have skills.

Everything has merits and dimerits. I think that man can learn more and more from the others mistakes that's gain in gathered environment.

Not as much just You can work easily without any tension.Some people hesitate to working with others but i think this is not a reall confidence.

Thank to Almighty Allah.Still i have not any bad experience.

ya,i learn that always learn from the others mistakes.and the most important is BE HONEST WITH YOUR WORK.
