both have their own importance. i have done formal education so i consider that it is good and have more value because in the formal education we can study about the experiments and we have all knowledge about the expeiments then we apply to chek them. but skill have their own importance.

to aware the poeple about the importance of vegetables growing, fruit orchards and ornamental plant to beautify their home and land.
