What fields have you worked in before? Teaching to BS Computer Science & Paramedical Institute, Hospital Administration, Marketing Medicine. What qualifications do you hold? Unfortunately, its the only hurdle in my growth, people use to underestimate me after hearing that I am a Matriculate. My whole skills become meaningless only on this point. But I am a MATRICULATE. Passed SSC in Science subjects in 1991. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? MBA in Marketing because Marketing and Administration are the two breathing sources for any organization. Describe the benefits of working with others A team always grow faster than an individual worker. Every person of the team is enough to motivate the other one. they can plan better and together they achieve more. Describe the benefits of working alone Alone, a man is king of his horizon, he grows bigger and bigger in himself thinking that I am the most competent person and my superiors believe that I can do this job better. Person who works alone is a self motivated man and he tries to work and achieve his goals in a way that the employer will never feel that he needs a team. What was your worst working experience? I was working as a regional Manager in a Pharmaceutical Company. For 7 long months I did not get even a single wage and one day, suddenly the company owner was in Jail. He was a defaulter of a bank loan. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Hard work pays one day. Never give up and wait consistently for a good time to come in a job. What unique skills do you have? I am a good Communicator, A good administrator and I am in love with traveling & driving, I am also very good at writing, in fact am a multilingual and a multipurpose attractive personality with a great ability to motivate a team. My team feels good when they are with me. I know how to make my field force feel good. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My "Dream Job" will be a job in which I can build my "Dream Home". What are the most interesting aspects of your field? In my field, hard work goes parallel with glamor. Glamor re-charges us to work, and hard work pays back in achievement and achievement leads to glamor again. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes we find a customer who does not want to understand what we want to convey. Sometimes we meet such unreasonable people that make us feel bad. But its only infrequent or rare.
