(Procurement management and supply chin). What fields have you worked in before? Water and sanitation (WASH)and Logistics Management. What qualifications do you hold? Two diploma in logistics and one Diploma in Water engineering. With a lot of management course attend and certificate courses done. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Logistics is more considered, because i have a wide experience in it and i have work for long as a logistician, all in all i have more experience in logistics then WASH. Describe the benefits of working with others You get to know people whom you have never seen, become friends and have more experience about other cultures, environment, tradition, and you will stay as teams to shear Ideas in all ways. The main point of this is we create relationship among other. Describe the benefits of working alone You become concentrated to your work and don't have friends, not even knowing how other cultures do their things, have no relationship with other people, you have no team building spirit and there you become lonely with no much experience. What was your worst working experience? My direct supervisor not knowing the work (what he is suppose to do) and not trusting every staff like the one he replace, that's demotivate staff so much about work and even me i did not like it at all. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work, respect, honest, social and so much more in my career e;g: (Procurement, supply,and logistics management). What unique skills do you have? Technical skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I don't always chose a job as long as is directed to my career.
