I consider formal education,because this is the primary step for a Proffessionals as he can adopt himself with global changes and challenges which are enhancing day by day.For an efficient skills every person acquire formal education.In my opinion edcation started from birth to grave yard,and a right person at right work is through formal education.

My worst working experience was increasing investment in affected area .As a finance manager i decided to create new customer at swat which i received negative feedback from my team members

I can manage my work through effective communication,good knowledge of accounting strategies,creating working enviroment,preparing reports on daily activties,evoluating performance appraisal,hiring people for right work and easily convinced team member for new tasks

As a finance manager i always focused on minimizing risk by investing on different products and brands,cause if one product sales are giving loss so the others can fill the deffeciency.
