IT (networking) What fields have you worked in before? IT and tele sales What qualifications do you hold? MCS, CCNA Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i would opt for skills, the reason is that at the end of the day, its what can do and how good you are at it matters. and honestly, its how much you get paid that matters Describe the benefits of working with others skills are polished, horizons are broaden and new professional network is built Describe the benefits of working alone other that the fact that you get alot of privicy, there are no other benefits that see What was your worst working experience? i have yet to come across such an experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? if you are responsible, can keep secrets and do not poke your nose in other peoples business, you are safe from office politics What unique skills do you have? i am honest, which is more of a drawback than a skill now adays, i can be trusted with secrecy, interpersonal skills and persuasive. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a job which pays alot with accomodation and minimum work load. no, seriously, a job that has capacity of impartial promotions and be politics free would be a dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the simplicilty, since IT is a reflection of a community, it is interesting, easy to understand and troubleshoot What are the least interesting aspects of your field? since network infrastructure is a permanent thing, unless the company upgrades or adds new devices, which is pretty expensive, a network admin is usually stuck in the same enviroment for a long time.
