Formal education or skills and why? formal education taught me how to problem solve -- however, I learned much more in the real world as they call it. Skills are specific,you can aquire skill by doing the same thing on a daily basis hence it can be difficult to adapt to another different thing.Formal education is vasty wide area,its broad.with formal education,u earsily adapt to any situations that arises.Hence formal education is more valuable than just a skill. Describe the benefits of working with others There is an old saying "If you want something done right do it Your self". however Working in a team is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. working with others can spread the workload,share ideas and talents,share responsibilities,able to do something bigger and better,a more sociable way to work Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives you enought time to concentrate on your work without any interuptions.working alone make you free to take all decisions,can be creative can work to your own timescale,can take all the credit ,can use yourown methods/no disagreements. What was your worst working experience? When i once failed to meet my target when i worked in the Sales and Marketing Department in uk my initial starting career.
