I am working as a Asistant Director in Academic & Training. What fields have you worked in before? Before, I got Internship from NBP Bank of Pakistan. What qualifications do you hold? I have done MBA in 2011 Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I preferred Skill education because we can get job easily through skills. Describe the benefits of working with others Yes, there are so many benefits in team work because the assignments are distributed among the whole team members which is very easy to accomplish the task. Describe the benefits of working alone Alone working is beneficial because whole responsibility of assignment is on one person, alone working provide you confidance. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important thing in the career is confidence, because you can't do any thing without confidence, if you don't know any thing don't say that you don't know because the other person will taking advantages and demoralizing from your week points.
