I believe in both, as skills are useless with formal education. So in my opnion with skills you are limited but with formal education you can invent new and easy ways to become skilled. So formal education must always be there with skills

There are a lot of benefits of working with ohers as it make us competitive,we can learn a lot of things, it improves our social attitude, improve our confidence level etc etc
