Formal education develops the caliber.and thus helps in grasping the skills better. Work for me is fun ,coz i love what i do .and telecom is my passion What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? have to consult with seniors and colleages every step of the way ,coz when you think you know it all thts the time when your down fall starts What unique skills do you have? i am a quick learner ,and when i dont have any thing to guide me i follow logic instead of blind inituation. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? an O&M job of installations and roll outs What are the most interesting aspects of your field? when in roll outs we patch transmission and reach the site and its onaired in the first attempt that the most rewarding part to me. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? when micro wave bit error alarms are generated and we have to work so hard to remove and trace them .
