Formal education or skills and why? I believe Skills are the most important. IF you have an education but no skills then you are lacking. I have an education but work has affforded me skills that cannot be gained from a classroom Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others are shared learning and the ability to build a team with whom you can better yourself and your company. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives you the opportunity to focus on your work and be productive. What was your worst working experience? My worst working expericne was working for a company where the owner treated me like they did not trust me or have faith in me. I was not a member of the fmaily in a family owned company. The daughter always wanted to keep me from being too involved as though she feared I would learn something that was priviledged family knowledge. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I can learn almost anything. IF you work hard and give it your very bes, there is nothing that cannot be attainable. What unique skills do you have? I am able to work with anyone and customers love me no matter where they are from. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? writing a book. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? getting to know people from all over the world and seeing the similarities in all.
