Associates Degree, General Education and Electronics. Bachelors Degree, Telecommunication Systems Management, and Business Management. Masters Degree, Information Systems Management, and Business Management.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both are important. Formal education and continuous ongoing education keeps one abreast of changing technologies and business perspectives in regards to techology and how companies might use the technologies to remain c0mpetitive in the market place.
Skills on the other hand, is a measure as to how one might apply those business and technological skills and advances to help grow their companies bottom line ie, Profit.
Describe the benefits of working with others
One of the greatest thing that any company desires are a group of team players (employees), who understand the companies objectives and goals, and who work harmoneously to impliment those goals and objectives in a timely manner and within budget.
Describe the benefits of working alone
There are certain advantages of working alone depending on the project. Quite naturally, no one knows everything about everything, and often times need the expertise of a co-worker/manager. However, if all is well, and the person who is working alone is confident as to the task at hand then he/she should be able to accomplish the task in a timely manner without to much interuptions from others.
What was your worst working experience?
Trying to complete a project without the proper tools, prints, information, and open evaluation, of the work to accomplish.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lessons that I have learned in my career is that there is always room to learn and grow. Don't be fearful to let others know that you don't know everything. Using the expertise and knowledge of others who may bring value to the project. And remembering that the company is in business to make a profit, and not to baby sit.

Electronics, Mechanical, systems troubleshooting. Information systems and telecommunications systems Troubleshooting. Systems evaluation and troubleshooting. Management.
