Nursing What qualifications do you hold? I am a Registered Nurse with experience in Surgery Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I have both experience and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing. I value the experience more because it has taken a long time to get to where I am now as far as comfort with the job I do. Describe the benefits of working with others I must work with others because I need interaction with others. I cannot even begin to think what working alone would be like. What was your worst working experience? One small rural hospital did not accept me as part of the team and I was completely black balled out. I find that unacceptable. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do a quality job at what ever is to be done and if it was difficult, well, get over it and move on to the next day. What unique skills do you have? I get along with most everyone. I have worked in all sorts of hopital environments and rarely have had trouble with others, except that one mentioned above. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I would love to go to work, do my work, feel accomplished and go home. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I love trauma surgery. It is dynamic and interesting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Documentation of Surgical Cases Why Panama?
