I am looking for a job that is challenging, allows for creativity so that I can learn Spanish, the people and culture and at the same time be able ti impart personal knowledge and experiences. Although I believe that formal education is important I have come to realized that skills and training garnered on the job have proven to be most effective in dealing the day to days tasks and activities required in the work environment. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others bring many benefits including learning from each others' experiences, sharing of ideas and problem solving collectively. Team work is integral is any work place as you may realize that you are not the smartest or have the best solution to every problem. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows you be a bit more time efficient as well as tap into your own creative and intellectual ingenuity. What was your worst working experience? I believe that there is no such thing as a bad work experience. Experiences make us learn so as not to repeat mistakes and/ or developing greater inter-personal skills. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important thing I have learnt is that hard work and dedication may not always be noticed but personal sanctification from your achievements is enough gratitude needed and not accolades. What unique skills do you have? Strong ability to be calm when interacting with people in difficult situations. , in other words, very customer oriented. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would be int he tourism/ travel sector, which I am able to travel, meet new people and ensure that there needs are fulfilled. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My present work field is most interesting with respect to the fact that I am aware of most of the pipeline projects to be implemented in my country as well a snot being in the office all the time. I get to visit the projects being executed and see the impacts on the people benefiting. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting is the data entry aspects and long meetings which are not effective. Why should I be hired? Although qualifications and experience are all prerequisites, I believe that a person’s aptitude and integrity are equally significant in securing a career.
