I have spent the majority of my life in the USA., Washington, D.C. and now I feel that I am equipped with an education, a Master Degree in Spanish and English to offer a service to my own country, a dream that I have always desired. Master of Arts from Arkansas Technical University, Bachelor of Arts Spanish from University of Arkansas Little Rock, Associate Degree in Aviation Maintenance Degree with License an Airframe and Powerplant FAA Licence and FCC License with Radar Endorsement, from Pulaski Technical College, Little Rock. Degree/Minor in Business. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I feel that both formal education or skills have their place. As an educator, I promote education, because it takes determination to fullfill a potential goal. On the other hand, I recognize the it takes skills to accomplish a well done job. In a nut shell, we can see that both are very essencial and important to accomplish a job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working as a team, is more beneficial because we can gather different ideas to best reach our goal. Describe the benefits of working alone You are your own boss and you can move at your own pace. What was your worst working experience? Seeing a client die. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do unto others as you would want it to be done to you. Always work to the best of your ability and to be prepare to 100%.
