I consider both formal education first along with skills as one's past experience can help in enduring the future assighnments in a methodical manner and be acurate and avoid unnecessary unto do errors if ever they arise and which can be rectified in the simplest way.

The benefits are that as it is well said 2 heads are better then one so as teamwork and with collective information and communication the results are always better.

The benefits are that one can do on a sole manner the daily routine and constructive work without any disturbance in a timely manner and in a corrective way.
What was your worst working experience?
Working in the worst manner also gives one the experience as to how to handle when work is required by the management at the shortest time.i would'nt call it worst even if had gone to a fast and tiring work ethics but at the same time a very good learning experience as i can handle when at that time i thought may be when the work was vast and hectic to be worst but in the period of time of my work that wost experience helped me how to handle such situations.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To be honest,keep safety at work at all times,work as team member and treat every one I.e.collegues at par without differentiating any body by colour,religion etc.

To keep my work in line with the daily and as per the requirements of my organization without any excuses.

To work in the line of finance as it grows to the new innovations of the modern technologies and reach the top level soon.

Keeping in mind that it is a calculated method of work with logic being used at the right time for the right cause to make it more simple as possible

Not taking into consideration too much of unwanted things at work and keeping them at bay as far as possible and concentrating and giving one's high potentails at its best way towards work will always be the positive sign then other aspects to be involved in.
