Papua New Guinea, any where agriculture. I have traveled all over east and western Europe, now i will like to discover couintries of south western Asia. And one of them is Papua New Guinea.
What countries have you worked in?
Repulic of Ukraine, Sierra leone, and the UK.
What countries do you have a visa to work in?
Republiuc of Ukraine and Sierra Leone respectively. The UK work permit is pending.
What field do you currently work in?
Currently i am working as a security ofdficer due to lack of UK work permit but it's pending.
What fields have you worked in before?
Agric. economist and Russian language teacher in Sierra leone
What qualifications do you hold?
Ph.D in Agric. econs and a Russian language certificate.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both are valuable because firstly, you have formal education, and secodly, one enters employment inoder to gain experience then skills develope.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working as a team is very good because, there is always room and the oportunity to exchange ideas and avoid brain storming in archieving desired objectives-.
Describe the benefits of working alone
All will depend on the nature of the job it's responsibilities and accountability. Working alone you are independent, not answerable or less answerable to the top.
What was your worst working experience?
My worst working experience was encountered in Sierra Leone in 1996. In January of that year the rebels enterd the city Freetown and brought civil society to a stand still. Thousands of people were killed and the injured lieing on the street unatended. My Russian language school was set on fire and most of my students killed as they fled to get home.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lesson i have learnt throughout my career is not to believe or trust people in what they say but in what they do in practice as well.
What unique skills do you have?
Communication skills both oral and written, and failure isn't an option in my life.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
To work as an agric. economist and to teach Russian language.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The most interestig aspect of my field is that all aspect of my field are interesting.
