Secondary and did most training by going to private own colleges.

Both but I prefer skills because we can gain knowledge on job training faster when you are actual doing them. It helps earn money at the same time gaining skills.

What was your worst working experience?
When my supevisor asked me to installed a Accpac accounting program at one the banks in PNG just by following the written procedure.

That every situation is the opportunity and learning process.
