I have 33 years of experience Drafting Houses, Commercial Buildings.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Both but I find skills is more valuable. I'm speaking based on experience. I've been drafting for the last 33 years and I can draw difficult designs and can solve problems.

Not getting paid for 4 months work.

Hardwork, loyalty, diligence and pleasing my client or employer.

To continue my occupation as a Building Designer.
