Formal education or skills and why? My opinion is that skills are without a doubt the most valuable although your can never under estimate the importance of a good education, I believe this as when you actually experience construction projects you only then start to learn what it's all about. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work is the most important thing that anyone can do although as a manager you must know where to draw the line. You get the benefits of working with others and many points of view and an insight into how others look and perceive things. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone lets you test your own personal skills on how much you know and how much you have learned in your career. What was your worst working experience?
