I am a Filipino and presently working here in Qatar What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I am can read,write and speak English fluently aside from my native mother tongue which is Tagalog What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am interested to work and live in Papua New Guinea,because there are plenty of mining companies that are operational and rich in mineral resources,like gold,silver,copper and other mineral deposits.The climate is temperate like the Philippines my native land. What countries have you worked in? I have work in China for a short time,Qatar(Middle East),Oman and United Arab Emirates What countries do you have a visa to work in? Qatar that I am working now this year-2010,the other countries I can go if I will apply for a visa or any company can provide me a working visa. What field do you currently work in? I am engage in the Mining Industry. What fields have you worked in before? Mining Venture that includes Tunnelling,prospecting,milling,diamond drilling,drill and blast. What qualifications do you hold? I am a Professional Mining Engineer Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? As a Professional Formal Education is more valuable than skills because,before the job will commence planning,computation and all paper works were all done and cleared by the professional before it is turn over to the skilled workers for commissioning.Skills is nothing with out the go signal from the professional to apply their individual skills on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others is to acquire more ideas due to sharing and gaining of more knowledge Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is also good due to no distruction of your concentration not to commit error or errors. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is when favoritsm and racial descrimenation was applied.We were not treated equally by the management,they favor other nationalities. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? THe most important lesson I have learnt from my career is to help my employer,in obtaining the 3 main goals,which area,profit,safety of all work force,and cost effectiveness,and others in gaining more skills about the job. What unique skills do you have? My unique skills are to solve problems and troubles on and off the job,obtain the production quota so the company will not be at a loss. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to apply the best of my ability in relation to my profession to let my the company that I am working extend its life and obtained profit,economy and safety,for the benefit of all. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects in my field is when we obtained what the employer desire,because we were fully supported. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of the field when there were plenty of troubles in our equipments therefore our production is least.Of course everybody are not happy.
