Less hindrances. What was your worst working experience? It was when I could not say no to my colleague, when he had booked flight for me without sounding me. This led to clash of work schedule and ultimately i had to pay a very heavy price for that. Worst thing was that, this colleague didn't stand with me in my hour of crisis. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Trust should never be blind and it is important to be diplomatic. What unique skills do you have? 10 years of operational experience in healthcare sector,now further refined with a management course. Exposure to multiple sectors- Defence, Corporate and NGO, which has refined my soft skills and provided confidence to deal at the highest level. For a clinician- when he is not able to help his patient Manager- when he is not given freedom to exercise his talent or when he has to go along with other stakeholders Lab expert- when clinicians do not pay heed to lab instructions.
