Formal education or skills and why? i consider both to be the same,with knowledge you have the skills and with skills you have the knowledge,one doesnt work without the other. What was your worst working experience? going out on a patrol where the team members didnt get on,the client could sense hostility within the team which wasnt only unproffesional,but it was not a enjoyable enviroment to work within.
