| Looking for a suitable Managerial Position in Hotel Industry I have done Hospitality Management Diploma, Hospitality Supervision, Rooms Division Management, and Operations Certificate from the Prestigeous Educational Institute of American Hotel and Lodging Association; Michigan studied at Nitte Institute, Mangalore, India. I am also a Science graduate (B.Sc.) with physics, chemistry and mathematics as major subjects from the Mangalore University. Apart from these I have also done ITI diploma in Electrical Engineering and Diploma in Computer Applications. I have 10 years of experience in administration, operations and management, working for good hotels in various management positions as Executive chef, F&B Manager, Restaurant Operations Manager and Asst. Camp Boss. At the moment I am working as Restaurant Operations Manager for worlds renowned American restaurant chain UNO Chicago Grill in Dubai, UAE handling 2 restaurant of world class food..I have also got good experience in Hotel operations, staffing, compiling menus, setting standard operating procedures, costing, budgeting; P&L, guest relations, marketing, training staff and can work in any Managerial position.. I have also undergone certified training in GMP, GHP, and HACCP management.
