Formal education or skills and why? skills, because the people that have skills is generally hands on and it is alot more benificial that someone who reads a few text books. Describe the benefits of working with others if you have a team that works well with clear communications you can have systems in place and get alot more work done alot quicker. it is also safer. Describe the benefits of working alone it is generally harder when you work alone because you ofter need someone to help support heavy objucts and such. but if you are able to do everything on your own there is still no great bennefit as it will just take longer but will also give you more work. What was your worst working experience? i cant say i have a bad working experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to work hard and value your boss. to do the upmost best you can to do the job to the highest standard.
