becuz im 25 yo an it feels like i would walk to the end of the world just to try an find a good job with a gud days pay to buy a house for me an my new famili, an my new baby that were exspecting early next year.

Australia.Queensland, brisbane.

What field do you currently work in?

steelfixing/civil construction

What fields have you worked in before?

Warehouse an distribution/Airport virgin blue/ brisbane Gateway bridge upgrade an ipswich upgrade. * Steelfixing. * Baggege and handling. * Construction. * Warehouse.

What qualifications do you hold?

* cert 2 in security operation. * cert 2 in Warhouse transport distribution. * cert of competency in haul truck an articulated dump truck. * Senior first aid/Construction blue card.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

i rely dnt know..lol.. formal education/skill both have there own uniqe area,they each see a defrent pictures in like a difrent ways. id say skill just becoz i knew one bloke an he dident have the paper to say he can operate a mechine but he was far capable of operating all procedurs n prodution line far better then anyone that was there at the tym. but to be honest it cums down to loyalty.

having the responsability in safty an attitude to protect work mates, an communicate effectivly.

What was your worst working experience?

getting fired. after the resetion hit we all got fired,an most of us are still waiting to get bakk in to the workforce.

never to loose hope an remmembering that god is with me in everything i do.

adapdability to enviroments and obaying specific instruction.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

being a dump driver operator an working in the oil rigs..

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

having to work an meet new people,an teaching them wat i know to help them,an also seeing them progessing as we journy in this world of uncertanty.

having to go home knowing that we dident reach prodution reqirments.
