Oil and Gas / High rise skyscappers / chemical factory / Nucular power stations / coal power stations / What qualifications do you hold? I hold all CITB qualifacation up to the most you can have , I hold a certificate as a team leader in a rescue team, I have a rigging certifacate and I also have a city and guilds in managment. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I beleave that the both subjects combined is very important, because intellagence and a combanation of both is very important when out on the field, Describe the benefits of working with others To build a team that everyone pulls together is a safer team and a stronger team. and its always good to listen to other Ideas. Describe the benefits of working alone None, In my experiance of 23 years , to work alone dangers the life of yourself and others. What was your worst working experience? Well there was a project that I had to take over and retrain all the men to a CITB level, when I started the project in the middle stage they where behind scedule and also 5 times over there budjet, but after 3 months being there I halfed the budjet , trained my own scaffolders to a CITB level, then termanated the other contractors and got the project ahead of progress What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Just to do my best at what I do and to make sure the companie is working at its best What unique skills do you have? dedicated to my job and a very honest person, I am very good with different nationalities as I have travelled to many different countries and can bring the best out of them, the ability to make sure all scaffolding projects are going to regulations. .
