What field do you currently work in? Lecturing at college of the divine Word university What fields have you worked in before? Teaching was the main job that I was doing. What qualifications do you hold? Master's degree in education - Curriculum studies at higher institution. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I value both as valuable. Because they both help a person to sustain his living somehow. Describe the benefits of working with others Gain more experience and it is like on the job kind pf training. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes I complete the task before on time because there is no one o talk to and waste a good time for nothing. What was your worst working experience? First time when I was teaching at Primary in a remotest part of a country. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Respect, committment and dedication to work. What unique skills do you have? Going to church service and conducting the ICT training to the local community. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To win a scholarship to study in overseas or work in Asian countries. Second dream was to work in the LNG or Mining areas. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Training at all levels from children to adults at the University level. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Friends bothering me during official hours of working.
