Formal education or skills and why? putting the skills to use is more important than having them. One doesn't come without the other. Free lance web designing is always hard. The custom is never sure what they want, or wants something thats totally undo able. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? All lessons are important. learning from mistakes is what life is all about. What unique skills do you have? I know hardware, software, Networking, Programing. I have a vast knowledge. I learn very fast. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Owner of a web hosting company, or cheesecake taster. Take your pick. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The way it changes all the time, sometimes for the better! sometimes for the worse. but always learning something new. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I don't think anything is uninteresting about this field, Maybe that the job market is flooded with people who pretend they know what there doing. What's your required salary.
