What field do you currently work in? I am of course un-employed so I don't work in a field, but I was in IT. What fields have you worked in before? I was in IT. Mainframe support and reporting. What qualifications do you hold? Computer Operator, Jcl, software such as MSN Excel, WORD, Powerpoint. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Some formal education such as degrees in languages but on the job skills are invaluable. Describe the benefits of working with others Team efforts are indespensible. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes there can be only one at a time to count on. What was your worst working experience? Working holidays. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To count on your peers and your management. What unique skills do you have? To learn your job duties and do them well. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that really helps people and their families. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Seeing projects getting done start to finish. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Dead ends and wasted time and money. What makes a good manager? One who sees the whole picure.
