I work at a shaved ice business currently What fields have you worked in before? Babysitting, shaved ice What qualifications do you hold? Im still in High School but i took babysitting classes, so im a certified babysitter Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Schools not for everyone but if you have certain skills, that should be enough Describe the benefits of working with others It prepares you for the real world and you make more friends when working with others. Im really good at working with others and cooperating with them Describe the benefits of working alone You can come up with your own ideas and become more responsible and independent What was your worst working experience? I dont have a worst work experience What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learned that learning to work with others is very valuable for the future and that no matter what the situation is, you cant let that stop you from doing what you love to do. What unique skills do you have? I dont really have unique skills. But i work really well with kids and other people. I work in the preschool at my school and i babysit as well. I Just love kids and they usually love me too. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Being an elementary school teacher or working in a daycare What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working well with others and making the kids happy Do you have experience with the job field you want to work in? Yes. My junior year of high school, i helped out with the preschool and i am also going to work with it this upcoming year in my senior year. Ive also babysat since the age of 13.
