We are always looking for cool, outgoing and responsible people who speak a couple of languages and want to become part of the Point Family in Peru - Lima, Cusco, Mancora Beach, Arequipa, Puno, or Bolivia - La Paz. All our hostels are well renowned for partying every night. "The Point is the People, not the place" wrote Amanda Josiah from England in our guestbook. We think exactly the same. Being a bunch of backpackers ourselves our main goal is to keep The Point that way - a place to have a great time all together! All of us have different reasons to be here. But we all agree on one thing: we wouldn´t have stayed if it wasn‘t any fun. Stay more than one night and you‘ll know why! Skills/Experience: • Previous backpacking and hostelling experience necessary • Ability to work independently with or without supervision • Exceptional customer service people-skills • Hospitality experience a plus • Basic computer and administration skills (for managers is a must) • Well organized and customer oriented • Fluency in English (Spanish) & other languages a plus. We are looking for someone who loves travelling, loves people and that is an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly person.
