What type of job are you looking for?

I am an american relocating to Lima. I am very experienced in many fields of employment. I am an experienced boat captain & dive master as well as having worked in real estate for many years.

What nationality are you?

American

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English - Expert

Spanish - Poor but learning!

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

I will be relocating to the Miraflores area Jan. 21, 2011. I have spent some time in Lima in 2009 and hope to make a new home here.

What countries have you worked in?

America (Florida)

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I hope to be applying for a work vish as soon as I arrive in Lima.

What field do you currently work in?

I am working in the real estate market as an administrative assistant. I am capable of filling out contracts, doing property research, designing ads and brochures.

What fields have you worked in before?

In 2005-2010 I have worked as a boat captain and skiff handler as well as a dive master working as a diver looking for lost treasure off of the Florida coast.

What qualifications do you hold?

• 100 Ton Master Captain / Near Coastal • STCW-95 • FCC radio-operator license • Commercial Assistant Towing • P.A.D.I. Certified Dive Master, Rescue Diver, Cavern Diver • SSI Certified Nitrox, Advanced Nitrox, Deco Procedures • First Responder CPR and First Aid • TWIC Certified • Licensed Yacht Broker

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I have spent my life learning by the "hands on" approach as well as professional training. I have many skills and talents which were not learned through higher education but from living the work and working to live.
