Budget forecasting/cash flow projection Fund management Financial statements preparation Preparation of Internal Control Policies and Procedures Fraud and risks analysis Telecoms/Mining exploration drilling, power generation & distribution project management and cost analysis/monitoring Analysis of actual vs. budgeted expenditures per project/vessel Analysis of capital expenditures/fixed assets Reconciliation of bank accounts and inter company balances Corporate Secretarial duties, Board reporting Change management and succession Personnel recruitment/training, performance evaluation Compensation & benefits restructuring Personnel payroll preparation on database Internal pre-audit and post audit of disbursements Coordinate with external Auditors on annual Financial Audit Annual ocular inspection/stocktake of company properties Taxation/government statutory reportorial requirements I am honest, dedicated, responsible and hardworking with very keen interest to details.
