Skills i believe skills are learned through experience that no formal education could match the way things are learned. What was your worst working experience? there was a colleague in my previous experience who try to put my down. and it challenge me to improve myself and to prove myself to others. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? embracing diversity, more often in my working career there are people we cannot please but i learned how to motivate myself and i do believe in the saying "if you cant beat them join".
