there was a colleague in my previous experience who try to put my down. and it challenge me to improve myself and to prove myself to others.

embracing diversity, more often in my working career there are people we cannot please but i learned how to motivate myself and i do believe in the saying "if you cant beat them join".

everybody is dreaming to be on higher grounds so i am dreaming to be a manager in my future career.

i am self reliant so i normally made descision to the best of my knowledge which my manager sometimes think otherwise.
