Currently living in Japan, Retiring on May 31 will be in the states for brief peried to take care of investments there and then will be seatling in the PI. 23+ yrs in USN Recruited past 17 yrs, 21 of the past 23 in leadership positions involving large budgets, personnel and international relations.
