Both Formal Education and Skills. In school we are feed by theories but in actual job, its our skills which is very important especially as a nurse because we are handling the life of the sick person., Describe the benefits of working with others It is important that we should work with other people. Sometime our ideas is not accurate and the ideas of our fellow is better than our ideas. We should open our minds and heart to suggestions, critics sometime make as better person in the workplace. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone sometimes is also better if our co workers are bad influence. What was your worst working experience? Since Im still young, I dont have worst work experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That I should be patient always. Thinks always what you can do to your fellowmen before prioritizing yourself especially when you are dealing with sick person, What unique skills do you have?
